RLTC Meeting Attendance - please respond

Hello All:

There has been some confusion with regards to the 4/30/03 meeting and it being counted for membership requirements. I have talked to OASIS and hopefully we have a compromise that will help everyone. To refresh everyone’s memory, there was a problem in the notification of this meeting. To be fair, we decided that it should not count towards membership requirements and I removed the meeting from the record. Now the problem is to be fair to the few people that did show up. There should be a way to give them credit for their attendance. Hence, we are going to make the 4/30/03 meeting count for everyone that attended. There is no record of this meeting. If you attended this meeting, can you please send me a quick note by 6/30/03? From my recollection there was only a few people in attendance. I will recalculate the membership rolls based upon the responses.

With regards to the people that received notices last month and this month, we will have to recalculate the membership rolls based upon the responses. If you have attended the past 2 out of the three meetings please disregard the warning notice. Thank you for your patience as we work this through.
