Errata ballot failed

     Unfortunately, only 6 of 12 eligible voters cast a vote.  The 
errata required a full majority vote, so 7 people needed to vote yes, 
but 6 people did not vote at all.

     I will try again on Wednesday, after the US holiday, which means 
the ballot will close the day before our next meeting.
