Target : Assembly spec CD01-Rev8 

Problem: Lines 2856-2857 define interface.wsdl/@callbackInterface.  Lines
2484-2485 identify a conformance point for interface.wsdl/@interface, but
there is no corresponding conformance point for the callbackInterface.

Proposal: After line 2857 add:

The interface.wsdl @callbackInterface attribute, if present, MUST reference a portType of a WSDL 1.1 document. [ASM800xx]
