Najeeb Andrabi: Issue 65 discussion
Najeeb Andrabi: Issue 65
http://osoa.org/jira/browse/BPEL-65
Najeeb Andrabi: Sanjay: we were looking at how other TCs deal with boolean flag.
Najeeb Andrabi: Anish: Dieter suggested that BPEL uses yes/no for boolean values.
Najeeb Andrabi: Najeeb: Restricting value space makes the composite application design simpler.
Najeeb Andrabi: Anish: we have to take into account backwards compatibility issues.
Najeeb Andrabi: Anish: we can use canonical value of true that makes value space (1,true) implicit.
Najeeb Andrabi: Ashok: Canonical value of true does not imply (1,true) value space.
Najeeb Andrabi: Ashok: recommends against restricting value space.
Najeeb Andrabi: Anish: we will run into problems if we want restrict value space for boolean across SCA.
Najeeb Andrabi: Anish: specification language has to say "true" or "1" and "false" or"0" for boolean values.
Najeeb Andrabi: Sanjay: moves to resolve issue 66 with value space of sca-bpel:ignore attribute with all four values(true,false,1,0).
Najeeb Andrabi: Ashok seconds
Najeeb Andrabi: Resolution: issue 65 resolved unanimously.
Najeeb Andrabi: Issue 66 discussion
Najeeb Andrabi: Najeeb moves to resolve 66 with proposal in jira.
