GGF-DMTF work register

Hi all,

At today's call, we've discussed framework/mechanism for
collaboration among SDD-TC and GGF WGs with David Snelling.

Writing up work-register is suggested during this discussion.
In order to give you a idea what is it, the following is the
current work-register between GGF and DMTF. This is publicly
