Hi Ray,

  All the documents are now "ship-shape" and loaded in docs.oasis-open.org. The
directory is here:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/search-ws/june08releases/

You'll find 3 flavors of each document - Word, PDF, and HTML. You'll also find a
set of short-cuts for the "latest version" URIs (these will always display the
most current versions of the files):
http://docs.oasis-open.org/search-ws/v1.0/

  You should be all set to make your announcement; if there's anything else you
need just holler!
