I'm very happy to announce the secretaries pro tem for the F2F:

   Day 1: Gavenraj Sodhi
   Day 2: Kelly Emo
   As necessary if the other two need to step out: Marc Chanliau

I will send the attendance/voting spreadsheet to these people.  I'm 
anticipating that you are able to read an Excel file on your laptop, and 
that you have a floppy drive for passing around copies at the meeting (I 
don't think we'll have net access).  Gavenraj will be in the position of 
recording the official attendance at the event, so just in case the 
versions get out of sync, his version will be normative for good standing.
