Those of you who are currently voting members should receive an individual 
email message asking you to RSVP to F2F #3 through the Evite system.  If 
you prefer to simply send me email, that's fine too, though it will be 
easier to track quorum progress if you use Evite.

If you believe you are currently a voting member and didn't get the Evite, 
or if you are a prospective member or observer who plans to attend, please 
send me mail.
