Apology:Missed Mtg Re: [soa-eerp] Groups - SOA-EERP TC RegularTeleconference modified

Please accept my apology for missing yesterday's meeting. I had an 
extra meeting, the Net-Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC 
http://ncoic.org ) Tech Council meeting to get my invited 
participation in that group sorted out.

That allows me to work on the Integrated Emergency Response Services 
(IERS) Pattern. These pattens are specific implementation patterns 
for SOA-based interoperability, so this work relates to SOA-EERP work.

This extra meeting pushed my pre EERP meeting schedule to three v. 
the usual two. That was just more work than I had the stamina to 
complete without significantly diminishing my ability to participate. 
Hopefully I will be back to my more normal schedule by our next 
meeting, with three meetings total every other Wednesday, which I can 
usually complete without losing focus and concentration.
