Subject: Re: [soa-eerp] public review submission for SOA-EERP specifications

Szu --

Thanks for your work on this. I'll post the agenda for this week's meeting later today.

We need a full majority (of all voting members) vote for CD03, which will include all of the specs, schemas, namespace document, and the white paper. Do we have links for all of them now, and the package? It will make the motion easier.

ALL MEMBERS--please be warned that we need to have this vote in this week's meeting so the Public Review can go out. If we do not have a full majority present and voting in favor we'll start an electronic vote provided we have quorum.

Thanks!

bill

Hi all,

I have made changes to all three specs, xml schmea files and the white
paper according to Mary's comments.

Because of the changes required to the namespace and the references
section, these documents will need to be corrected and then re-approved as
a new Committee Draft (CD03) and agreed to be submitted for public review.

All changes have been uploaded, and the whole package can be found at
Download Document:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/35757/soa-eerp-package-to-
be-voted%20for%20cd03.zip

Please review the changes and e-mail to the group, if you have any problems
with the changes. The TC will vote on these documents on the next TC
meeting, which is Wed, Jan 06, 2010 (Thru, Jan 07 in China).

Best regards,

Szu Chang

Subject: [soa-eerp] public review submission for SOA-EERP specifications

The following issues have been identified in the submitted work products
and must be corrected before they can be uploaded to docs.oasis-open.org
and the public review announced:

SOA-EERP Business Quality of Service Version 1.0

1. Stage: remove 'OASIS' from stage identifier

2. Approval Date: this is the date the TC approved the CD/public review (24
June 2009)
Please make sure date is in proper format as stated above.

3. Specification URIs:
a. This Version:
i. replace space character with '/' between .org and soa-eerp (3 times)
ii. identify one of the 3 formats as Authoritative
iii. Create physical hypertext links for each of the 3 URLs

b. Latest Version:
i. replace space character with '/' between .org and soa-eerp (3 times)
ii. Create physical hypertext links for each of the 3 URLs

4. Technical Committee:
Create physical hypertext link to TC public home page

5. Chair(s):
Remove company name for William Cox (associate member)

6. Related work:
Fix physical hypertext link for second document (appears to be a relative
path)

7. Declared Namespace:
All namespaces must be of the format
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/soa-eerp/... or
http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/ns/...

8. Running footer:
document identifier must match file name as given in this version URLs
date must correspond to date of approval and be properly formatted (DD
Month YYYY)

9. Status:
The first two (out of three) physical hypertext links do not match the text
and must be changed.

10. Notices:
Note first line of last paragraph - add any relevant names/abbreviations
including SOA-EERP

11. Normative References:
UBL-20 - please provide link to the version-specific document per citation
format (rather than directory)

12. Move 1.2.1 prior to 1.2 (make it 1.1.1); first paragraph is repeated.

13. Section 1.2.2 appears to be a non-normative reference? Whether
normative or non-normative, it must be placed in the appropriate location
and include proper citation format.

14. Acknowledgements:
William Cox and Carl Mattocks are both Associate Members. The company name
should not be displayed.

White Paper

1. Somehow the recto (odd) footer with page number was lost?

2. Last revision date should match date on cover of white paper (I think
it's auto-set to today's [current] date?)

3. Namespaces need to match those for the specifications

4. References - please use proper OASIS citation format

5. Fonts appear to randomly change and not correspond to template style;
setting the "Normal" style back to Arial 10 from Times Roman 12 will
resolve the problem.

Because of the changes required to the namespace and the references
section, these documents will need to be corrected and then re-approved as
a new Committee Draft (CD03) and agreed to be submitted for public review.

Mary
