Two other thoughts:

• Do NOT reference line numbers in ANY word doc. Reference only line numbers in a specific version of a PDF. A Word doc's pagination and lines are different depending on the specific printer and paper size YOU have selected, and no one else will have that same setup.
  
• Szu has put links in many of the comments to the working draft in which the proposed fix is applied, which greatly speeds resolution. This is very useful.
