SOA-EERP Business Rating of Service Version 1.0 contains the specification for Business Rating (bRating) for End-to-End Resource Planning (EERP), an XML vocabulary for information exchange on business creditability, reliability and reputation of the service providers.

Members of the OASIS Service-Oriented Architecture End-to-End Resource Planning (SOA-EERP) TC have released three approved Committee Draft specifications (CD04) for second public review at the same time. They are:
- SOA-EERP Business Quality of Service Version 1.0
- SOA-EERP Business Service Level Agreement Version 1.0
- SOA-EERP Business Rating of Service Version 1.0
Additionally, a supporting white paper is also available with the updates from last public review, which detailed context and example for these three SOA-EERP Technical Committee Specifications.
