All required changes are fixed for SOA-EERP bQoS specs, and new version of
specs are uploaded onto TC repository @
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/soa-eerp/documents.php . The
whole submission package is uploaded onto
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/39775/SOA-EERP-PR02-submis
sion-package.zip. 

Please let me know if there are any problems on this new submission
package.
