Thanks for making these changes. Just one issue remains. In the bQoS spec,
the html file has a formatting issue on the title page (in 'This Version' &
'Previous Version'). The doc & pdf URIs run together. Please regenerate that
file with each URI on a separate line & resubmit. The other two specs (bSLA
& BRating) have no remaining issues.
