review needed of new section 3.1

Attached is the latest Gold Copy. One of my comments during the last review was we had no models with the SOA ecosystem, the central point of our thesis in the RAF. Indeed, we use the idea of a SOA-based system as something distinct in the SOA ecosystem but never really say what it is or how it relates to the SOA ecosystem. Peter and I have been discussing this for a while, and the attached contains the elements of the necessary changes.

Please look over the beginning of Section 3 into section 3.2. I want to get comments and see if someone has a perspective that should be included but was missed. Or did we botch this completely? We still have work ranging from wordsmithing to making sure the concepts are used consistently throughout section 3. However, I first want to make sure we have consensus we are moving in the right direction.
