Comment on review draft:

 

Currently the result of a failed Prerequisite (section 4.2) is "notRelevant"

 

 

Not Relevant: If the prerequisite evaluates to “false”, then the test assertion does not even apply for this target (or its outcome can be stated as “Not Relevant”). A test case derived from this test assertion should not even be executed on this target: the result of doing so would be meaningless

 

The label "notRelevant" is not the best. Assume the Prerequsite contains a ref to another TA:

 

TestAssertion: TA1

target:...

prerequisite: TA2

predicate:...

 

If a target fails TA2 (while it should have passed it), it does not mean really that it is not relevant to TA1. It is relevant - but just does not qualify for evaluation by TA1.

 

So I suggest to replace the label with: "notQualified".
