Besides changing people's affiliation details (Sun to Oracle)
there is one change (before voting) I'd like to make to the
markup schema and markup spec: I think 'sourceDocument'
should allow the addition of extra attributes in case people
want to add things like dates and so on. This would conform
to a recent change to the model spec to allow this (but I failed
to remember to update the markup and markup spec).

This would be a simple change to make - and simple enough to check
the change prior to a ballot.
