JD: no RDDL needed here: only needed when there is a common namespace declared.
Only markup has NS.
SG: according to checklist from OASIS, we are OK. 3 remaining items to take care:
(a) meeting minutes needed.
(b) Review notice (introduction)
(c) Notification list (we need to add W3C folks there)
SG: XHTML needed? only HTML so far.
DH: HTML sufficient.
TB: need to look at W3C Pubic page to have an idea of review notices.
JD: minor spacing issues in HTML versions, can be manually corrected.
SG: managed to get HTML version as automatically generated as possible.
DH: JIRA: we should not count on it for now: manual set-up needed, and OASIS staff
has already a backlog of requets on this.
DH: links to these specs need to point at the documents repository, for public access.
- current users: SCA (TAs but not markup), UBL Customization guidelines (work from Stephen).
SG: announce he cannot anymore stay in the TC due to work change. Will only monitor.
DH: MOTION to thank Stephen for his dedication and service to the TC.

JD: Once we have public links to these, will advertize in OASIS news.
Also Tech Advisory Board will refer to this work (in process of designing
a "testing policy" for OASIS).
JD: an upgrade of Tamelizer (rev 0.93) will soon be posted on OSS Google COde:

It is based on TAG markup.
The intro as well as documentation will refer to the public links of TAG.
