'''1. Administrative '''

- approval min Jan 19: approved.

'''2. Final review of the three candidates CDs:'''

(see email 1/29 for pointers to these last versions)
- Model (main changes: remove "Report" element, update cardinalities in
Target / Predicate / Prereq classes)
- Mark-up
- Guidelines (main change: extended "complex predicate" section)

- Affiliations need be changed for Sun to Oracle.
DH: wait for final changes in OASIS roster.
JD: check with Mary if RDDL needed for the entire PR package.
JD: do we need to identify clearly the conformance targets (TAs and TA sets). To be improved.
- Should we add the recent W3C ref about their recent Test Methodology doc? (they refer to TAG too)
DH: no need to for now. Cross references would look strange.
JD: Guidelines: do we need to mention "non-normative" refs as there is none normative?

'''3. Decision to submit for internal electronic ballot:'''
- last practical formatting/packaging details (RDDL...)
- (CDs + PR)
- any last minor updates we agree on that need be done before initating a ballot?

- COnsensus is to open a ballot for CD + PR of the package of 3 docs (2 specs + guidelines)
- JD: will open a ballot this Friday for this, accepting only purely formatting and presentation
changes from editor afterward.
- ballot wording:
"Approval of TA Model + TA markup + Guidelines"
Do you approve the following documents as new Committee Drafts as well as suitable
for Public Review, with the understanding that ultimate purely editorial modifications
