A quorum was not achieved. Dennis Hamilton came on the call only long enough to report that he was ill and could not participate. The two remaining on the all at that time agreed that this meeting would be postponed to Tuesday, April 19.

Although there was no quorum and no business was conducted, the call counted for attendance.
