ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS 1.1 APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES The 2013-02-27 Minutes were approved without objection <https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201303/msg00000.html>. 1.2 APPROVAL OF AGENDA Points on the agenda were followed in the discussion: <https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201304/msg00000.html>. 2. USE OF TEST ASSERTIONS BY OTHERS Jacques provided updates on three usage situations: a. NIST/SAJACC for evaluating Cloud Computing and related standards: <http://www.nist.gov/itl/cloud/sajacc.cfm> b. OASIS CAMP TC, Cloud API <https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=camp> c. OASIS DSS-X - no update (there is ongoing test case development), <https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=dss-x> 3. FURTHER REVIEW OF THE TEST ASSERTIONS GUIDELINES A new draft was uploaded. Based on discussion, another will be put up by the first of the week, 04-15. Some editorial glitches were noticed. Jacques and Dennis (who has someone become the resident OpenOffice expert) will get them cleaned up. There is also discussion about the Section 4 treatment of partial testability and non-testable assertions. The title of section 4 may be adjusted as well. After the next draft (WD08), there will be review for a week and start of a CND ballot (04-22). That leads to a CND at the end of April and time to decide to take it to CN or not. 4. FOLLOW-UP ON ISO SUBMISSION OF THE TA MODEL The Interoperability Demonstration is an OASIS requirement in the liaison policy. It is not a PAS submission requirement. The Test Assertion Model is a methodology and not something that requires interoperable tooling. It is important to show to ISO that the specification has been used. There are some artifacts to put together. The next step would then be a special majority vote on request that the OASIS Board submit the TA Model to ISO. 4. FUTURE MEETINGS The next meeting will be on May 8 at the usual time. Respectfully submitted, - Dennis E.
