Hi John.  I wasn't aware of your desperation, but will attempt to
put more speed into our process so as to get the processing done
ASAP.  In the future, it would be a good idea to upload the
editable source (the primary editable source, at least) into
Kavi in a timely manner rather than later, as I think is intended
by TC Process.  In this case, I now need to make minimal attempt
to verify that the PDF which was approved by the TC is the same
document as is now represented by files in the recent upload,
and/or that the new PDF is the same as the PDF which was
approved.  That's why the rules are written as they are, and
why the submission request form asks for a ZIP with all the
files, and a corresponding link to the minutes which itself
identifies the approval target by URI.  That workflow expedites
matters.
