Have your visited our TC's homepage recently? It says.
Chair: Not found.

Bernard is not listed as a member of the TC anymore.
This TC will disappear, if we do not have a Chair soon!

Is this a mistake, or  did I miss your formal resignation as committee chair?

This is a committee specification now, not a draft proposal, since the 
committee vote was "approved" for greater than 80% of voting members. :)

That does not mean that if we find inconsistencies, we should not correct 
them, but...

I think that we have other matters to decide first.
