Host phone codes

Someone at Sun put this list of host options together, and I
thought we mind find it handy.

Note that our number has been set up so that the *8 option is the
default.

*0 - specialist request.
00 - specialist request to join the conference
*1 - dial out
*2 - recorder
*3 to announce entry and exit.
*4 - conf lock (host only).
*5 - conf unlock (host only).
*6 - mute (specially good when you don't have a mute button on your
     phone).
*7 - unmute (cancel the previous option).
*8 - let conference continue even when no host (needs to be done by host
     before disconnecting).
*9 - list of participants

*# - participant count.
## - mute all except host.

99 - unmute all (host only - cancel the above action).
