Subject: Loading UBL data dictionary into Registry

I am about ready to start creating eCommerce sites for
small businesses and think that UBL standards will
offer distinct advantages. To reduce sysadmin time and
general costs I have been considering the Registry by
Sino Technologies running on a Redhat Application
Server.

http://www.sinotechnologies.com/soa.htm
https://www.redhat.com/apps/isv_catalog/results.html?vendor_id=1370&ven_name=Sino%20Technologies%20Corp.

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this approach
or could recommend it.

I think that being able to load the UBL data
dictionary into the Repository, and being able to
utilize Apache related web service components to
display and input UBL records would demonstrate a
pretty effective system.

Combining IDEs of either Eclipse or Dreamweaver with
the current OASIS registry work on SCM (i.e., the XSD
and Data Dictionary) also seems to be a real
possibility, and am wondering if someone has tried it.
