Subject: Anyone using UBL for the supply of labour?
Does anyone have experience with using UBL documents for the hire and charging of labour costs (consulting, etc.)? We have had some enquiries from a government agency about this. While UBL has been designed to allow procurement of services, I wonder if anyone has experiecne in applying it to this domain.
