We reviewed Ken's post and we planned a strategy for Micah's documents and 
preparation of a ZIP of input specification directory (tentatively named 
"is/") for the UBL documentation tree.

After the input specifications are written it would be good to have more 
than one implementation to test it.  We hope that people will post to their 
list their intention to try and work with the input specifications.

Action: Ken to send DocBook sources for fs/ directory files to Micah.

The meeting ended after 22 minutes.
