Latest layout files including Cartesian co-ordinates

I was able to add the XPath addresses and the Cartesian 
co-ordinates.  Adding the mixed content formatting has proved not at all 
easy, so I'm abandoning it for now, leaving it to the implementer to 
interpret mixed content from a visual example than from a formal 
specification for now.

What I'm thinking is that after this information gets into the 
specification, I'll go in by hand and introduce in <fields> a <line> 
element and a <text> element that will format the lines and mixed content 
for a set of <field> elements with the XPath addresses.  This should not be 
too onerous to do by hand.

Sorry that tangent took me longer to figure out.

Let me know, Zarella, if you can think of any more box information that 
needs to be included.
