'Standard business document conversion method research ad-hoc TF' in ECOM is now researching and studying how to adopt UBL in Japan. This ECOM's TF is cooperating with UBL JPLSC. 1. Class diagram and spread sheet of UBL Order In this research procedures, we have developed the following two documents. (1) Class diagram of UBL Order We have picked up every ASBIE and BBIE regarding UBL Order in one class diagram. (2) Spread sheet of UBL Order with Japanese business term We have picked up every ASBIE and BBIE regarding UBL Order in one spread sheet. We have made and inserted Japanese business terms in the spread sheet. The Japanese business terms are not merely direct translation of UBL Name. But, Mr. Kazuhiko Wakaizumi, who is a specialist of EDI and very familiar with many business documents in Japan, has named these Japanese business terms considering many famous business documents in Japan. We will publish 'Standard business document conversion method research reports' in around coming March in Japan, of cause in Japanese language. We are going to insert the two UBL documents described above in this research report. Of cause, we describe that these documents are based on UBL V1.0 specifications developed by OASIS UBL TC. Is it OK for us to publish these two documents regarding to UBL in Japan? 2. Question and Comment 'Standard business document conversion method research ad-hoc TF' has the following two question and comment. (1) What is difference between LineItem and Item? the BasePrice is formed under LineItem and Item. What kind of usage do you assume about both the BasePrice under LineItem and the BasePrice under Item? (2) Is 'AllowanceCharge' suitable UBL Name? We thought that the 'AllowanceCharge' had better to be changed to 'PaymentTerms' according to the contents of AllowanceCharge.
