UBL 2.0 Errata 01 IDD rev. 2

Hello l10n,

please find attached the IDD finally including all fixies from the UBL 2.0
Errata 01.

The new fixies are highlighted using a green background.

The directory structure is the same as the previous submission.

The /l18n folder contains actual localizations.
The /tmp folder contains all templates to be translated
The /tmp/master folder contains a master copy for an XX language.

NOTE:
The italian /l18n/IT folder contains already the final revision of the
italian translation, however I'll send it separately as requested with the
right file naming.
