... I hope the HTML or PDF of the whole UBL 2.1 specification will not
hang my browser... or the PDF reader.

Can we virtually have a unique specification and phisically splitted
sections ?

Let's think baout the usability as I often had troubles while playing such
long documents.

It is not clearly an issue generated by the dimension of our
specifications... but tools are not well designed all the time :-)
