I'm just now catching up with mail from the last couple of
weeks...

Looks to me like this problem has been fixed.

   Very sorry: not only can you now NOT access material you have
   contributed; you cannot now: 

   a) discover/know what URL to include in a reference to the posting    
   b) be certain 100% that even if you recover the published URLs,
