Fwd: UBL 2.1 new documents

At today's PSC meeting I requested the list of the 25 expected new 
document types in UBL 2.1 for discussion at this week's teleconferences.

The list is below, and attached are details such as brief 
descriptions and from which project the new document type was requested.

We may have an initial set of spreadsheets by the weekend, and Fulya 
has contacted me regarding a few questions related to schema 
generation ... so things are coming together!
