Minor edit for the number of document types

This issue was discussed during a meeting but not minuted due to its 
minor nature.  This post to the list is a formal record for citing in 
the disposition of comments for public review draft 3.

The number of documents in UBL is reported in section B.3.1 to be 67, 
but is, in fact, 65.
