Subject: Re: [ubl] Re: Fwd: ebXML - queries

Well my apologies. Somehow my eye-brain system processed the letters 'ebXML' into the concept 'UBL.' I have no idea why but (a) I sent it to the attention of the wrong TC and (b) I sent it to the wrong forum.

Ken, thanks for sorting it out correctly for me. As you say, now back to our regular programming...

OK,  but why would a query about ebXML need to be answered by the UBL TC?

I only answered the aspects of the email regarding "predefined messages" as it was my understanding that was the focus based on Chet sending it to our TC.  I tried to make it clear in my response what the scope of my answer was from the original email that they sent.

Regarding ebXML in my response I referred the sender as follows:

There is also an "ebXML Dev" list and an ebXML community web site where you might find more information about ebXML:

  http://ebxml.xml.org

I invite you to provide, off-list, a more complete answer regarding ebXML, Pim, as that would be far better than anything I could do (which is why I didn't try!).  Please forgive me for not thinking to bring this to your attention directly.  I'm glad you picked up on it.
