The latest version of the Google doc for the hub document is at:

Each voting member has edit privileges to the document.  Please use a colour for your text to know where changes have been made.  Don't worry about font or formatting, as the content is being stripped into XML when I export it.

As you make changes to the hub document, please add comments to this ticket as a record of the work being done, as it is being done.  It also tells others that your content is ready to be checked.  If we didn't have this ticket to comment on, then we wouldn't be able to review each other's work.

Note that many of the images are squished ... just stretch them out if you need to look at them.  I'm not sure what happened in the document conversion process.
