Thanks for posting this Tony. Yup - "Don't run with scissors" just about wraps it up. I've made some edits, restructure and reformatting. Find it attached. I can't post the document to Kavi at the time of this writing as OASIS apparently is doing maintenance on the site. Andrew / Matthew: could you please do a quick edit pass.
