For IP reasons, I need you to contribute the change via the ml, which
detailed the obligations of contributions when you subscribed...

Usually I try to ignore IP issues, but they're a blocker for some
companies using virtio and a big reason why we're doing this standard.

And yes, future contributions will need this too if from non-TC members.

OK, I think you need Mark Little <mlittle@redhat.com>, who is RH's OASIS
Primary Representative, to send a message in support.  I've just asked
*where* he sends that message, but he might know?
