Actually, this is wrong!

You just need to sign up on the website,since RH is already an OASIS
member:

	https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/join

The committee name is virtio:

	https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/virtio/

BTW, Paolo, any chance you could join too?  I'm looking at making virtio
little-endian everywhere, and of course SCSI is big endian, so want to
make sure I don't go too far!
