Subject: FW: endorsement of Bob Kaelin
Greeting to all: The Executive Director of the IJIS Institute asked me to forward
this to your attention. He was not
able to sent it through this distribution list. Kind regards to all, Bob K Helping our clients make a difference in the lives of the

e-mail From: Paul Wormeli My
purpose in writing to you is to endorse Bob Kaelin, COO of MTG Consultants, who
has indicated his interest in joining the board of OASIS. Bob
has devoted 6 years to being a member of the Board of Directors of the IJIS
Institute and has contributed a great deal to our organization. Having served as President, Chair of the
Governance Committee, on the President’s committee and on other
assignments as requested, Bob fulfilled his responsibilities over and above
what could even be expected of a volunteer board member. He made major contributions to such detailed
tasks as restructuring the bylaws and was a very positive contributor to
developing the policies and programs that have led to the success of the IJIS
Institute in fulfilling our mission and focus on information sharing. Bob
is very creative, intelligent, and perhaps most importantly takes his responsibilities
seriously and always meets his commitments. In
my opinion, Bob’s service on our non-profit in its start-up years and his
experience in collaborating with other volunteers from industry is a very good
set of experience qualifications for service on the OASIS board. I highly recommend your consideration of
Bob’s application. Paul Wormeli Executive Director tel: 703.726.3693 | fax: 703.726.3557 | cell: 703.627.8154 | www.ijis.org IJIS
