The publicly visible content will need to be somehow distinguished from the 
private, both for access control purposes (members only getting at the 
private work) and for when the public finally does get access (preventing 
pre-public work from becoming visible).

Has anyone worked out the machinations in a previously started 
committee?  I'll try to engage this all next week.
