Please defer discussions on this issue until a time this issue is accepted and is assigned a number.

Description:

The current specification does not define enough the Discovery Proxy and should be considerably clarified.

Proposed Resolution:

Add paragraphs to describe the behavior, trying to avoid changing the behavior from the device point of view (and if possible from the client point of view), when dealing with a Discovery Proxy.
