Missing enumeration for validate request type in the RequestTypeEnum

Description:

In the definition of RequestTypeEnum (line #80) we should have one more
enumeration with the value
"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/XXXX/XX/trust/Validate";

Include the following in the RequestTypeEnum definition:
	  <xs:enumeration
value='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/XXXX/XX/trust/Validate' />
