Subject: WSDL and schema file names and impact to section 1.4 of specs

We still have a request pending with the OASIS staff to update, in the
oasis-open library (OOLibrary) the WSDL and schema since we corrected the
copyright versions after the last F2F. They are requesting that we version
the names of our xsd and wsdl files so that the (non-substantive) changes
we made to the WSDL and XSD files result in new resources in the OOLibrary.
They prefer this to replacing existing files. Note - this is not a request
to change our namespace versioning policy, just the filenames of our WSDL
and schema in the OOLibrary.

I'd like to suggest we adopt a similar form of naming for our wsdl and
schema as we use for our spec, with a filename suffix -yyyymm (following
the precedent set by WS-RX). For example, the WS-AT schema file in our
repository at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ws-tx/download.php/21132/wsat.xsd

would be copied to:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06/wstx-wsat-1.1-schema-200701.xsd

instead of replacing the file currently at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06/wsat.xsd

The WS-AT RDDL [1] would then point to
http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06/wstx-wsat-1.1-schema-200701.xsd
for the XML schema for the http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06
namespace.

This will require an editorial change to each of our specifications.
Section 1.4 of each of our specs states the equivalent of:

XSD and WSDL Files

The XML schema and the WSDL declarations defined in this document can be
found at the following locations:

      http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06/wsat.xsd

      http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-tx/wsat/2006/06/wsat.wsdl

We would need to change this. Again, following precedent set by the WS-RX
TC, we could replace our sections 1.4 with text as follows in the section
"1.3 Namespace":
"Dereferencing the above URI will produce the Resource Directory
Description Language [RDDL 2.0] document that describes this namespace."
