TC meeting.
This TC meeting is cancelled as there are no other agenda items to discuss.
The next meeting is scheduled for July 23.

  > TX 1.2 specs were published and namespace docs updated on April 27.

6. Discuss any maintenance issues raised against the 1.2 specs
