Canceling this week's WS-TX TC meeting

At the last TC meeting there was 1 action
(for me) which I completed and reported by email [1].
No new issues with the specs have been
reported. Since the only agenda item for this week's TX TC meeting is the
approval of the last meeting minutes I will cancel the telecon for tomorrow
and set up a electronic ballot for approval. The next telecon is scheduled
for July 23.
