The mail archiver has been semi-broken for some time. The archive is
there 
- http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsbpel/200308/maillist.html will 
get you to this months list, but the top-level one, that has the index
to the monthly indexes is not created or updated properly.

OASIS staff have been informed of the problem but I think they are
trying to stop the roof leaking at the moment. (so to speak)

I don't think this can be blamed on Kavi - I believe the email archiving
scripts pre-date the Kavi-ization.
