Issue - 52 - Issue on Pause

As a consequence of today's call it was decided that it is not clear that
this is a problem that needs to be solved in the first release of BPEL. It
was agreed that we would wait to see what use cases were produced by the use
case group and to then see if any of those use cases required a resolution
of this issue.
