              SUMMARY:
         
              There
are no New, Open or Pending issues.
                
       There are 4 issues in Review (since
Nov 11).  These
         
              4 issues
(i015, i027, PR0001 and PR0003) were closed
         
              as a result
of today's TC actions.

         
              The decision
was made to target the vote on the next
         
              call (January
6th, 2009)to approve the working draft
         
              to Committee
Draft status and subsequently approve
         
              to Public
Review status.  

         
              Discussion
centered around whether TC should do this
         
              now or
wait.  The decision was made that it made more
         
              sense
to wait as OASIS staff is very busy trying to
         
              get a
lot of votes out and people were likely to forget
         
              the review
prompt notes with the impending end of year
         
              vacation/holiday
schedules.

         
              ACTION:
Chairs instructed to prep the OASIS Staff to 
         
               
      be ready for imminent Public Review to begin
after 
         
               
      the January 6th targeted votes for Committee
Draft 
         
               
      and release for Public Review votes.
