* Action items review (from F2F notes)

  1: (editors) clarify text to state the assumption that clock skew is
small relative to subscription lifetime in the subscribe message

  2: (Sanjay) add an issue "that we take action after WS-RF work is done
to edit our document to delete/replace/amend the text referring to the
implied resource pattern"

  3: (Sanjay) close issue 2.10

  4: (editors) Any wording in the specification that implies that direct
notification is required should be corrected.

  5: (Sanjay) close issue 2.9

  6: (Sanjay) close issue 2.8 with added clarification to 2.11

  7: (Sanjay) close issue 1.2

  8: (Sanjay) create new issue to revisit the "MUST implement the IRP"
before issuing next public draft

  9: (Sanjay) create new issue for "distribution patterns, concerning a
way of specifying that a given notification should be sent to one and
only one of a set of consumers, including how a consumer requests
behavior, how to define what are the members of the set, including need
to define a discriminator to determine who in the set gets the message."

  10: (Sanjay) create new issue for "the ability to query a log of
previously published notifications (persistence replay or the ability to
replay messages, history log is just one implementation)"

  11: (Sanjay) create new issue for "reliability of the message
delivery, when consumers are not available, i.e. some sort of policy to
say how to handle consumers coming and going"

  12: (Sanjay) create new issue for "proposal to include termination
time component of the SubscribeResponse" and include accepted resolution

* Finalize logistic for next F2F [4]

* Discussion of OASIS new IPR policy and impact on the group [5]

* WS-Addressing as only embodiment of IPR? (thread starts at [6])

* "Roles vs. PortType" (threads starts at [7]), "What is the
